We am proud in the uniqueness of our products and designs. Each is special, as are our customers. All of the items are hand painted IN THE USA by the Old Crow and proudly signed (where possible) by her, not mass produced in China.

Please keep in mind that each your collectible items are individually handcrafted, therefore will vary a bit in shading and aging. These are not flaws but an opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind pieces. Some of my items will vary slightly from the pictures shown. Many of the items you see here are available in your choice of colors, just let us know your preference and we will do all we can to accommodate you. Wood products may have cracks, splits, knots to look rustic, old or primitive and will be noted in the description. Painted items may vary slightly in color and may be distressed. Tin products might be aged to look rusty or black. Theses items are not defective! Fabrics may vary depending an availability.

Your order will be acknowledged with an e-mail to verify your order and let you know when you can expect shipment, please review it for any inconsistencies. You will be sent an email at the time of shipment of your order with a tracking number. Please allow time to create your order if it is not a stock item, We want to maintain our motto craftsmanship at its best.

	RUSH ORDER: When you are in a rush for your order, such as needing it for a gift, please make a note of it in the message section on the order form, also include the date it needs to arrive. Overnight delivery will incur a shipping charge over and above the amount stated with the item price. Express shipping (1 business day) is available for an additional fee of $10 plus 20% of the purchase price. Friday or weekend orders are not shipped out until Tuesday. All standard sized products will be shipped promptly via UPS ground. Shipping to the Continental US only. Furniture is shipped via freight trucking services and the price is determined by a combination of such factors as dimensional weight, price and shipping destination. A contracted price and shipping date will be determined for each order you place. You will be advised of this amount, for your approval, prior to shipment. 	SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS and GIFT WRAPPING: Any purchase can be shipped to a different address in the continental U.S.(i.e. as a gift) at no extra charge. For your convenience we provide bill to ship to. When you place your order write in the message section that you wish to use bill to ship to, add the recipients address. We offer gift wrapping services for most items on our site. We’ll put together your gift box with tissue paper, ribbon, an embossed seal and a card with your personal message. Don't forget to tell us the sentiments you would like on your gift card or gift tag. Wrapping and gift card/tag is free. Makes shopping for that special gift a pleasant experience. We ship your order directly to you, or to that special someone. If you prefer, a gift tag can be included. Just ask us to include one in the comments section when you checkout.

	IS MY ORDER SECURE? Yes. We use secure online ordering. When you click on the Add to Cart button, you will have the choice to use Pay Pal, Credit Cards (Visa, American Express and Master Card ). Orders paid for with a personal check made payable to Old Crow Crafts will be shipped as soon as your check clears. Returned Check Policy: $25 charge on all returned checks. If payment is not received within 10 days, the order is automatically canceled.
